"rpm -qf /usr/lib/libnspr4.so" might tell you something, if it's still
in package management.
[root monkey root]# rpm -qf /usr/lib/libnspr4.so
libnspr4-1.1-10mdk
Mandrake seems to make a special package for that.
This package (and libnss3 package) are done to prevent a full dependency
on mozilla when you install evolution ...
Other distro call these packages mozilla-nspr and mozilla-nss (IIRC)
