Well, if this actually makes things better, we could still change the
usage of the ETree so the model doesn't get sorted automatically, and
then handle the sorting in the mailer...
I'm not even sure its possible without more etable changes. I think I
asked Chris about it once, finding out about the state of the sort
coloumn headers and when they change and stuff, and he's like 'oh we
could probably add api to expose that, perhaps' ...
I could be wrong on this though.
