You know, what would be really nice is if there was a "Reply to like
magic" button that looked for list headers and replied to the list in
that case and did reply to all otherwise. Or even better would be a
reply button dropdown like the "New" button that had all the reply
options but set the default action based on the heuristic above.

P.S. If you want to have a button for that handy on the toolbar,
there's a patch that I posted to the list that will replace the
reply-to-all with something more useful.
