Can you obtain and provide a backtrace for where it crashes? Its like
trying to find someone elses arse in the dark with no torch otherwise
... when you live alone! This'll at least point to where its crashing
since nobody else seems to be able to repdroduce.
FWIW I use redhat 6.2, and can load these messages 'fine' in 1.1.x.
Crashes like this are possibly related to iconv() though (part of glibc
- i have 2.1.3-23), or otherwise usually gtkhtml, and not the version of
evolution used at all.

Hmm, 1.07 is the same as 1.0.7 I suppose.
Perhaps this is a Red Hat 6.2 problem then? I don't use Gnome or KDE as
such cos I don't have the machine actually on my desktop, but obviously
I have installed everything required by the evolution rpm.

Yep,
Evo 1.07, Connector 1.04, SuSE 7.3, KDE desktop, IBM Thinkpad T21.
Am I doing something different? I simply saved the attachment to disk -
a file called problemmessage - and then imported it to the local inbox.
I didn't have to edit out a > before the from lines, as there aren't
any. The only < or > characters are in the HTML portion of the mail.

Yet you say you are using Evo 1.0.7 the same as me?
What am I doing wrong?
