[Evolution] Calendar printing

As a newbie I may have missed something -- if so, sorry!  But, is there
any way to change various printing options:
1.      Can I change the size of paper used?
2.      Can I print a week view where Saturday and Sunday are not squeezed
together? (My weekends are as busy as other days.)
3.      Can I print a month view with more than four appointments per day,
which is all I seem to get at present?
4.      Can I print a list of appointments?

I really need this sort of thing as I'm away fro my desk a lot and don't
use a PDA.
