[Evolution] Calendar Module

First, I am not sure if this is the correct list group??  Is there a
group for using Evolution??

We are trying to learn as much as we can about evolution and the
calendar functions.

We are having some problems what we do with the publish free/busy, when
we send it to another evolution user, we are only able to save it to
disk.  How do we get that into the persons calendar that we sent it to.

Also when scheduling a meeting, where does the out of office, busy, ....
show up.  It has legends for each item, but nothing shows is the
scheduling tabs???
