[Evolution] more calendar bugs / wishlist items

here are some bugs and wishes i have not seen on this list so far:

bug 1: when printing a week from the week view, it prints the week
starting monday and ending sunday that contains the currently
highlighted day. instead, this should print a week starting with the day
specified in "calendar preferences," i.e. the currently displayed week
in the week view.

bug 2: if you highlight a sunday in the week view and print, it prints
the following week instead of the currently displayed one. for example:
you view the week starting monday, january 29 and ending sunday,
february 4. click on sunday. click print. it prints the week from
february 5-11, none of which is currently in the week view.

bug 3: if you do recurrence of "every [number] [days/weeks/months/years]
until [date]", the until date is not included. like make an appointment
for a monday, and have it recur every 1 day until the date of friday. it
only gets mon-thurs.

wish 1: if i want to use recurrence, and it's "every [n]
[days/weeks/monts/years] until [date]", i would like the initial
highlighted date to be the one that i'm currently making the appointment
for, not the present date, like it is now. like if i want to make an
appointment for july that is every week for a couple months, and it
gives me today's date, i have to do too much scrolling in the calendar
widget.

wish 2: use line wrapping for appointments in week and month views when
there's room.

wish 3: allow appointments to perform different forms of highlighting on
the mini calendar widget (upper right on the calendar screen). then you
could see what types of appointments were on what days at a glance. like
holidays underlined, business appointments bold, personal appointments
italic. this would be settable by the user on a per-appointment basis.
right now there's just bold highlighting. i guess you couldn't do
colors, because what if there were two colors assigned to one day? bold,
italic, and underline are all visibly different for every combination.
and blinking would be too annoying.

wish 4: if in week or month view, and i click on the mini calendar
widget, it would be nice if the view went to the week or month
containing the day i clicked on, instead of changing to day view. right
now, if i want to jump ahead a month in week view, i can either click
the next button 4 times (is there a key binding for this?) or click the
day in the mini calendar and then click the week view button again.
basically, i don't want it to change views unless i click on one of the
view buttons (or use an associated keybinding). maybe a double-click on
the day could change it to day view...

i guess that's it for now. thanks for listening to my rambling. i
noticed that calendar bug messages don't really get replied to very much
on this list... is there a better place or person for me to send these
comments to?
