FWIW, I just tested this out. (I have six POP accounts, so you might
imagine that this is an important feature for me). It worked just fine
on my Red-Carpet installed build - 200108212341.

There was a bug that caused the source account filter to not work for
POP accounts, but I fixed it several weeks ago.  Or at least I thought
I fixed it.
