No, camel is strictly C.

With the changes in HEAD (2.1), EDS allows loadable modules so that you
can build everything outside the tree and not need a separate "factory"
process.  That, in combination with EPlugin, should allow you to do most
everything you need (and not require a separate "Exchange" button in the
UI which we are getting rid of).
