One thing to check. If the .desktop file written in ~/.local/share/applications/ has
NoDisplay=true, does that hide it from the epiphany list too? That's
how gnome-software is "uninstalling" shipped webapps.
I don't think so, but we could do that I guess. But why uninstalling
them like that? To keep the local data available, shall the user
reinstall the application? Or is there any other reason?
