I think post cards are awesome, but we *really* need to re-evaluate
who is on that list. T-shirts are not a problem as Rosanna sends out
that type of merchandise herself. So as long as the need to act is
communicated clearly and persistently…

I agree regarding perks. They're a nice touch. In terms of delivery, one of my tasks over the next few days/weeks will be to study the process and decide what (if anything) can be better automated.

No other critiques regarding the wireframe, except perhaps to add that could explore ethical A/B testing in the future.
