About the sound_alsa::write: As of today, both PsoundChannel abstract
definition and the method comment in psound_alsa mentions a
writeTimeout, with the obvious functionality. However, this is not
implemented by the actual code. So: something is wrong, but what? Code?
comment? Or?
Seems that sound_alsa::read has the same problem.
