Need more tarballs for 2.30.0

Hi all,

Thanks to everybody who released tarballs for 2.30.0. Unfortunately,
many modules should have a new tarball but don't. And we need help from
you here!

Please look at the lists below (they're not sorted, or actually they're
sorted alphabetically, but first with items from platform, then desktop,
then bindings) if one of your modules could do with some love. Then,
please ping me on irc or send the release team (or just me) a mail to
tell if you're going to do the release, or if you'd like somebody else
to handle it.

I'll start rolling tarballs for most of those modules, starting with the
ones that are known to have no active maintainer. But at some point,
I'll reach one of your modules, so you'd better handle your modules
before I break stuff, or tell us to not touch them ;-)
