Mike Gorse and I released new tarballs for these two modules (and
pyatspi), versioned 0.1.8.

Without Mark Doffman around today, we weren't sure if we should bump
all the way to 0.2.0.  I'm not a developer of these modules so I don't
know what the exact plans were with regard to GNOME 2.30.

This release fixes some pretty serious bugs from 0.1.7 that were
causing hangs in various GNOME desktop apps.
