The draft version does suggest that the default size of a window should
be "no larger than 480 pixels wide and 640 pixels high" and that "your
application should be usable at 600 by 400 pixels", but that's about it.

The HIG mailing list is long dead; please file bugs against the HIG in
bugzilla and/or discuss them either on the usability mailing list or on
#usability.
