I guess this email is more an observation, but we *really* need to start
thinking about a11y in a new way - I do believe it's unfair to expect
Sun people to implement accessibility for modules that don't have it all
the time [1]. 

Obviously this works the other way, and it's unfair for the Sun
accessibility team to expect developers to implement the accessibility
support if they are unfamiliar with the techniques to do that.

We really need to get some transfer of information going, and I'm very
much hoping that GU4DEC will be the feeding ground for this. I know the
accessibility guys are completely swamped with work and reaching
deadlines right now, but I think spending a week frantically writing
documentation may not be such a bad waste of time, when we look at the
full picture.


	Probably fairly obvious observations.

[1] This isn't quite true, since Nalin did an excellent job doing
accessibility for vte - I'm sure there are other cases too.
