A good point...it's technically possible to port Cheese to Windows, so
why don't we just play it safe for now and leave CheeseGConf as is? I
can build the dialog on top of it; I just thought that while I was in
there I'd try to simplify the whole GConf interface, but that idea was
based on the assumption that GConf was portable. I guess assumptions can
be dangerous sometimes... :)
