And you expected Sun to do an unbiased review ? You expected them to 
come forward and declare openly the CDDL anb GPL2 licenses are 
incompatible ? You are very naive. Any legal review can only be done by 
a neutral third-party.

What is your opinion on the CDDL/GPL2 compatibilities ? Can you answer 
"yes" or "no" on whether you considered them compatible ? (as in, 
statically linked together)
