Thank you IBBorad for taking the time to look into that. 

I guess I have to check libmtp and see if they have included some way to
override the default folders. Since as it is now, MTP is unusable for me
with my phone.

Just for the record, I now have found a way ot use the S2 Plus as an USB
Mass Storage device (@see
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=39435538&postcount=2 ). Aand
am very happy with the results.
