Yes, I made sure that the Cover Art extension was enabled. I even went
as far as to make sure it was the *only* one enabled, but still no
luck.

I have no proxy, and I attached a copy of my debug log. This wasn't
done with a fresh cache and config, and it looks like one of my albums
might have embedded artwork, but otherwise there's still no good
information.

I don't have a lot of time right now to do extra testing, but I can
pick this up later tonight and see if I can locate a cause.
