I too have the same problem, unable to or won't or just can't find the cover
art to download (I have Audiobooks too as my wife is going blind).
I had to manually get round this by Googling for the cover art myself and
putting them in their respective folders, Banshee then used them.
I installed my copy of Banshee from 'Ubuntu Software Centre'
