If Ctrl+A selected all messages or all message text depending on focus,
only this keybinding would be multipurpose. Now it isn't. It looks
(visually looking at menus) that it is assigned to 2 actions
Edit->Select All and Mailbox->Select All. But if I press Ctrl+A
currently only first action (according to code presented in previous
letter) is performed, that it is all message text is selected. So if
Ctrl+A would be interpreted differently depending on focus no
multipurpose menus would be needed.
