Hi Lakhil,

Since Emily wanted to invite Oracle (our Gold Sponsor) India team soon, 
she also found it easier if we have a public link for whoever wanna join 
to just register, hence we will use a Google form to collect names / 
email addresses and then send invitation afterwards.  This registration 
will not be public (but only to our sponsors).

If necessary, we can open another google form and use similar method to 
give free registrations to FOSS communities / schools.
But it will better to use different form, so we can keep track of what 
kind of guests passes we will give them.
