Very simple :)

The purpose of writing meeting notes is for us to follow up on things 
after the meeting. The minute's like making a summary of what happened
We just need to take 1) important notes e.g. decision made, votes, 
ideas  2) Action items with name and deadline 3) attending members 4) 
planned agenda

After the meeting, please send the minute to asia-summit-list
Besides, your meeting note should be added in this list:
