Are you able to do this Action, as what you and pockey proposed.
1. Apply for a new mail list for committee of GNOME.Asia: asia-summit-committee gnome org
2. Rename the  asia-summit-participants-list gnome org -> gnome.asia@gnome.org

We don't need to ask them, we can simply transfer the addresses. We then
send out a notice that we have merged the old and new lists.
