Re: COSCUP/GNOME.Asia Summit 2010 IRC meeting preparation May 18, 13:30 UTC

Dear Pockey,

1. Sounds great :)  Let's decide a discussion deadline to finalize the tagline and common name of the event. (forecast date: 5/21, Friday)

2. Let's use the same meeting document for easier meeting information sharing when we have IRC meeting later:
http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AUQvFakzZ0V-ZGRucjR2d2tfMzA5Y3BrejRrYzY&hl=en
(I have update your inputs in the agenda part :) You can invite others to edit it. )

3. Let's make sure that all IRC meeting attendeeof both sides have read the same document "Proposal to hold a joint conference of COSCUP 2010 and Gnome.Asia Summit 2010 in Taipei". Having some information alignment as meeting preparation should be helpful for all of us to have an efficient IRC discussion :)

Dear Ernest,

No problem! we totally understand your concern, so we add that in the
agenda. Definitely we should continue our discussion offline, as I saw
it was not so efficient over the last week :) that's why I added that in
the agenda again.

During today's IRC, we will let you know GAS Preference of the tagline
and common name, then you go back to talk to the coscup team, let's
target to finalize the tagline and common name of the event this Friday,
what do u think?
