Re: The best meeting time, Vote now

Hi, Fred

I don't mean to be rough or make it difficult for you, but since the
meeting usually involved many groups in our team. COSCUP team is a big
team, our mailing list just reach 100 subscribers, and about 1k mails
each month in next few months.

As the large team, it's kind of difficult to have everything aligned
before the IRC meeting. We don't like to send you different messages
from different teams. It's necessary that core members have voice or
even face-to-face communication when having the irc meeting, to have
best and efficiency discussion with you guys.

Tuesday night is also Tossug[1] meeting time, it's just the best
time we can put people together. And the place is closed at 22:00,
also fits into our meeting schedule if we start at 21:00 +0800.

So, it's not just for go to bed earlier for us, but also to have a
good communication and avoid moving from cafes for the team. Hope you
can understand the time we chose, and sorry for inconvenience.
