OK, I almost finished.

But one question about "if you agree to release any recordings of your
talk under any Creative Commons licenses .... "

Does it imply we shall provide all kinds of forms to let the speaker sign ?
It's really difficult for us to prepare. But to pick two kinds of CC
license is possible.

We are going to provde one form only ( CC-BY-NC-ND ).

I like CC-ShareAlike, but it imply that we can sell the video for profit.
I think some speakers might refuse to release the video record under
CC-ShareAlike.
