Hi,

thanks for the info. Surely we have to consider. Lets see what comes
out with Tony. About QTSC - yes, I said I would prefer RMIT, but if
QTSC is good too.

It is also true, that we need some liaison with the gov. With FOSS
Bridge we found ways to do it. We can do it here too.

Lets discuss how to resolve this after SFD.
