Re: GNOME.Asia Summit 2009 - Call for Host [Draft]

Hi Pockey,

I am very excited to hear that. Great!

I am going to send out the call for host now. Then everyone of committee can help to forward it to any mail lists you think it is appropriate.

Cheers,
Emily

Dear all,

I talked to someone who has connection with Vietnam, Saigon Linux User
Group. They have 100s of members, core team of 5 people who can delicate
to organize the event for GNOME.Asia Summit 2009. They can have space /
venue at a software park for the event, they can also draw a lot of
volunteers from the University to help on the event as well.

They are very interested to host the GNOME.Asia Summit 2009 in Vietnam.

Hence, once you announced the call for host, I will ask the group to
prepare their proposal for you guys :)

Cheers,
Pockey
