I attached the two test files.

  I wanted to look at it yesterday in the train, alas the test were not
standalone and depending on another file not included in the mail, so i
could
not debug it, i hope i will find some time at some point later. Still
there
is a good reason i ask people to try to provide and send standalone test
cases in the http://xmlsoft.org/bugs.html

Sure, sorry. I didn't write the test myself, and since I was running a
couple of tests in a row, I didn't look any deeper into the single tests.

Here's the missing file.
