[xml] xmlsoft.org site down

  Humm,

 bad news, xmlsoft.org is down, and the person who may restart it is on
vacations till the end of the week ... The good point is that I have
a local copy on http://veillard.com/XML/ and another box ready to swap
to replace the old one ... I will play with DNS to try to limit the annoyance
until the new box is up.
