The developpers are on the xml gnome org list and changes are discussed
before releases. Plus I'm a dictator...
Additions are backward compatible. The think I will not garantee
is forward compat.
Hmm, I'm not sure that I understand. Do you have an example of something
that you would not guarantee?
That an application build and running with libxml2-2.6.9 will also
compile with 2.6.8 or will run correctly with 2.6.8 shared libs.
