Hi all,
Hi Andrea,
Hi Florian,
I've published my completion experiments on a site hosted on googlecode:
http://vtg.googlecode.com
nice work! Some notes on revision 17, though:
Thanks!
- compile fails with vtg/vsc-shell/vsccompletionshell.c:658: undefined
reference to `g_thread_init'.
This is strange since in my debian and my ubuntu VM the compilation is
ok. Anyway the gthread-2.0 library check is missing so I've updated the
configure script to include it.
- http://code.google.com/p/vtg/wiki/Compile -> Installing:
"cp -r images/ ~/.gnome2/gedit/plugins/vtg/" copies the svn folder to
the plugin directory.
You are right. I need to find a way around that.
- the plugin utilizes 100% CPU usage.
This is for a silly reason and I'm working on it (it depends on a idle
handler that I setup in vtgsymbolcompletionprovider.vala)
Thanks for you suggestions and bye,
Andrea
P.S.
I've setup a google group for vtg
( http://groups.google.com/group/vtg-dev ) so we can use that instead of
the vala list for questions about vtg.
