Well, putting toolbars end to end is currently not possible inside the
window (or I couldn't figure out how), but right, if that is supported
then may be there is some use for this. Still, I believe it will be used
too rarely.

Good idea. That would make them useful, especially because it is great
for applications that have many buttons depending on the target
audience.
