That's an easy one... Treat it like a "move" command from the Trash to
the original folder, which will trigger the "file-copy conflict"
dialog. This way:
1) the user is aware of the conflict
2) explicit, standard instructions are given on how to solve the problem
3) the user is in control of the situation.
