O.K. current 1.6 does now show up in the box :)

By default the sawfish-ksm.desktop file is installed into
$(DESTDIR)$(datadir)/apps/ksmserver/windowmanagers/, that is ok for me,
but I'll ask the KDE guys wether this is the correct place by default,
unchanged, setup
