There's two separate ideas here. One is to put -pager into the sawfish
svn. That I agree with, since they are such related projects.

The other one is to make -pager a part of the sawfish release. That I
don't like, at least for the time being.

Sawfish's build system is convoluted enough that putting -pager into
it sounds like it might bring trouble. Robert Personen is working on
that, and after it gets cleaned up it might me worth revisiting the
idea, but meanwhile it would just be easier for everyone involved to
keep it a separate tarball.
