SawTabs and Merlin.Ugliness 1.0.0

Hi there,

I just took some time and Uploaded SawTabs and Merlin.Ugliness 1.0.0.

Since both got no maintainer (anymore) I signed in. The Problem: My Lisp
skill are very low. So it would be very nice if someone with better lisp
skills would help with both. At least for bug-fixing, until my skills
are better.
