That sounds like and odd coincidence, but check the theme.jl file for a
theme that doesn't do it for a "shaded-transient"

If you don't find anything then indeed it simply hasn't been
implemented.

If one of the themes that doesn't do it, does have it implemented, and
the implementation differs from the normal transient state then it could
be a bug.  But i've never had any trouble with themes that have shaded
and shaded-transient implemented.
