RE: Rygel Stream Location Changes with each Re-start

Indeed, if I make ~/.config/Rygel/ persistant and set the port in ~/.config/rygel.conf ('not sure why this 
isn't in ~/.config/Rygel/), the location of the rygel streamer remains constant.

That being said, I checked 6 devices and none of them included the UDN in their location (see list at bottom) 
and a Sony TV, Sony Bluray Player and iOS AV CP all cannot find the rygel stream.

Thanks - so, a patch from 2011 that you weren't happy with :)

Seriously though, it is unfortunately beyond my ability to fix it.
