It's simpler than it seems. You have already downloaded a copy of
totem-pl-parser and it's getting in the way of the one you are trying to
download now. Simply delete that directory, and try again.

If you are really interested in getting code from the bleeding edge, you
should also take a little time and read a bit about SVN usage.
Otherwise, you better wait for the releases to be published.
