212.228.0.169 is one of the mail servers of a big French ISP, not sure it's a good idea to block it ;)

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean exactly :-/ Dunno if it's my
english, the wine or my tired brain ;)

Could you give an example or reword your suggestion ?
