Not sure about this one.  Why do you think that should be the default?

Well, we should ignore right click actions for now.  They should really
only be used by advanced users.  We don't want to get into a state where
we require right-clicking for doing useful things.

As for queuing artists/albums - I was thinking about having little
"[Add]" buttons next to each artist/album that you could click on.
