I see the application is in git but not Damned Lies (the tool we,
translators, use to follow the translation stats). So, please, first
of all ask for its inclusion.

However, I'm not sure the application will be included for 3.2 as
official, which I doubt, but if it does, it has to follow the same
string freezes as the rest of the modules, otherwise you cannot expect
us to do our work on time.
