Just a small update.

- e-d-s doesn't seem to build the exchange stuff by default on my system
at least. That's probably ok, but evolution still tries to build the
exchange operations plugin and that used my system installed e-d-s
headers which were missing a change in api that went in just before the
release. I get the impression that it should check more carefully
whether the installed libs in the build prefix are up to date instead of
just building blindly against a system installed one. Maybe just upping
the dep on e-d-s is enough.
