Update: I just reset my SELinux configuration to enforcing and rebooted, 
and I see no errors. I'm getting speech via speech-dispatcher using both 
espeak-ng and a mimic3 voice. I haven't built RHVoice here yet, but I 
don't think it will cause any problems once I do build it. So it does 
appear that the systemd service is the cause of the problem you're 
experiencing.
