I agree with Peter. The accessible name exposed to Orca by the browser
(and to presumably all screen readers in all browsers on all operating
systems) is "(opens in a new tab)". Orca is not in a position to
reliably identify when an author has used aria-label correctly or not.
Therefore, when the author provides an explicit accessible name, Orca
presents that name. Sorry!

Hello,
I'd say this is not a orca issue.
That link has aria-label set to "opens in a new tab" and that should
override the title.
Hacking it around is something that is likelly to break something
else.
Here is a HTML source of that list...
<li><strong>Example:</strong> <a
href="
https://www.reddit.com/search?q=title%3A%22training%20my%20dog%22"
target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label=" (opens in a
new
tab)">title:”training my dog”</a></li>

I can confirm the bug and have made a debug.out to show what is
happening.
