[orca-list] Removing Orca's settings for different applications

Hello,
I know that we can change settings for certain applications by pressing 
CTRL+Orca+Space.
But how do we remove that settings if we want to set up changes for the 
app from scratch?
Where should we do that?
I remember that there is a possibility to remove all Orca's settings, 
but I forgot where we do that, and in any case it doesn't solve the 
question about removing settings for the specific app in target.
Any help will be appreciated.
