"It seems like" because in fact I have
just encountered this issue again when it wasn't expected to find it.
So it appears again.
Also, I have noticed that it is not needed to close chromium for flat
review to work again, it is enough to go to desktop for that.
But after returning back to Chrome Flat Review stops working.
